Personal Details
By voluntarily providing your personal details to TopEnhancement.co.uk you automatically consent and agree through the provision of such information, that all information shared by you is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Should you forfeit these conditions in any way or attempt to consciously mislead us by providing unlawful and inaccurate details, then Top Enhancement Beauty and Academy directors, associates, contracted and full time staff employees will not be liable for any claims, losses or damages arising out of such actions. By breaching these terms and conditions you agree to fully indemnify us and provide reasonable compensation if your actions result in circumstances that cause any damage made to our professional reputation and perceived business ethics.
Hours Of Operation
Topenhancement.co.uk operate out of Top Enhancement Beauty and Academy Newcastle upon Tyne as a resident. As our main practice site Top Enhancement beauty clinic is open on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10.00 – 16:00, Thursdays from 10:00 – 18:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 – 14:00 GMT. We are closed for all Sundays and UK government observed holidays.
Booking, Refund & Cancellation Process
All consultations relating to our treatments are complimentary with no obligation. Once you have decided to precede with the treatment a non-refundable deposit of £30 will be required to secure your appointment, at which stage your personal details will need to be added to our online booking system. A patch test will be carried out before the treatment takes place, to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the products we use in each of our procedures. If you experience any form of itching, discomfort or adverse reactions to the skin test, you must contact a member of our clinic team immediately. If a second retouch treatment is required to complete your treatment (due to various skin types) this should be taken within 4 months of your original treatment otherwise charges will apply.
If you have a PMU treatment; you have 2 months from the date of the initial treatment to have your retouch treatment. If you fail to attend your appointment for the retouch (or less than 72 hours notice) you will lose the right to free retouch and full retouch charges will apply.

Full details of the treatment procedure itself can be found within our treatments, however if you do have any concerns or further queries do not hesitate to contact us directly. If you need to make an adjustment to your booking please provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice.
www.Topenhancement.co.uk reserves the rights to make changes to our Terms and Conditions and website at any time with or without direct notice to you and will not be held responsible for any modifications or withdrawals made that result in loss of data or profit due to unavoidable interruptions and the inability to access our website content. You agree that each visit made to our website will be subject to our current published Terms & Conditions.
